Seattle Center hosts many of Washington’s cultural festivals, including Diwali: Lights of India on November 7 and the Seattle Hmong New Year a week later. WildLanterns opens at Woodland Park Zoo on November 13, and the Seattle Christmas Market follows.
Spokane holds a Fall Folk Festival in mid-November and Winter Glow at Kendall Yards. Fall farms in Snohomish and Carnation run until Halloween, and Wild Waves Fright Fest goes to November 1.
