Who runs this site
USA Fest Bot is operated in the United States and covers public events in the United States. Questions about this page go to hello@usafestbot.com or the Contact form.
What we collect
- Submit a listing: the official page link you send, plus an optional name and optional email if you want a reply.
- Contact form: your email and message, which topic you picked, plus an optional name and optional page link.
- Basic site logs: the usual visit records (such as IP address, browser type, page, and time) so we can keep the site secure and running.
Why we collect it
To check festival suggestions against an official page. To answer messages sent through the Contact form. To stop abuse and fix problems when the site breaks.
What we do not publish
We do not put email addresses sent with Submit a listing, or Contact form messages, on the public listings. Street addresses are not part of the public listings.
Advertising / Cookies
We use Google AdSense on this site. Google and its partners use cookies, including DoubleClick / advertising cookies, to serve and measure ads based on visits to this site and other sites. Contact form messages
Messages sent through the Contact form are stored privately and used only to reply to you and fix the page you mention. We do not add you to any list because you wrote to us. To have a message deleted, email hello@usafestbot.com from the address you used.
Who answers email
hello@usafestbot.com is read by our AI assistant, Larry, which passes anything that needs a human decision to the site owner. Mail and Contact form messages are checked several times each weekday.
Analytics
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not set cookies or use local storage, and it is not used for advertising. It tells us which pages are read, not who you are.
