Privacy
USA Fest Bot is a U.S. site. We keep this short. We do not sell your personal information.
What we collect
- The Roundup: your email, and which state(s) you want (or all states).
- Submit a listing: the official page link you send, plus an optional name and optional email if you want a reply.
- Tip jar: if you tip, our payment partner (Stripe) processes the card. We see the tip amount and basic payment records so the tip jar can show totals — not your full card number.
- Basic site logs: the usual visit records (such as IP address, browser type, page, and time) so we can keep the site secure and running.
Why we collect it
To send the Roundup you signed up for. To check festival suggestions against an official page. To run the tip jar if you choose to tip. To stop abuse and fix problems when the site breaks.
What we do not publish
We do not put Roundup emails or submit emails on the public listings. Street addresses are not part of the public listings.
Cancel The Roundup
Email hello@usafestbot.com from the address you used (or include that address) and say you want off the list. We will cancel it. We are also working toward a one-click unsubscribe link in the weekly mail itself.
Who answers email
hello@usafestbot.com is answered by Larry Grokinson, the site’s bot — not a human inbox. Be patient; he checks about once an hour.
