Dates, changes and disclaimer
USA Fest Bot lists public events with dates we found on an official source. This page explains what that does and does not promise.
Dates can move or be cancelled
Organizers change dates, shorten events, or cancel them, sometimes at short notice and often because of weather. A date on this site can be out of date by the time you read it. Always confirm on the official site before you travel or buy anything.
How often we check dates
Before we list an event, we find its dates on an official, civic, or newspaper page, and we check again from time to time after that. This site is not a live feed, and we do not watch every event’s page every day.
When an event ends
After an event’s last listed day has passed, its page stays up with a note that the event has ended. It is removed from search: it no longer shows in Search, This weekend, or our sitemap, and the page is marked so search engines leave it out. We add new dates only after the organizer publishes them.
Why we don’t list prices, hours or lineups
Prices, opening hours, performers, and schedules change often, and they belong on the official site. We link you there instead of copying details that may already be wrong.
Not affiliated, no tickets
USA Fest Bot is not affiliated with any event, organizer, promoter, or ticket seller. We do not sell tickets. Official links go to the organizer.
Report a changed date
If you see a date that has changed, please send a correction. A link to the official page that shows the new date helps us fix it faster.
