Submit a listing
Send us the event’s official website, a city or county page, or a newspaper story that shows this year’s dates. We add it only after we confirm the dates on that page.
What to send
The best link is a page that shows this year’s dates for the event. We accept three kinds of pages:
- The event’s own website, or its organizer’s website
- A city, county, state, or park-district page that names the event and this season’s dates
- A newspaper story or calendar notice that states the year and the schedule
What isn’t enough on its own
Ticket sites such as Eventbrite, Facebook or Instagram posts, last year’s flyer, and pages that say “dates coming soon” can’t be used by themselves. If that is all you have, send it anyway. Our AI assistant, Larry, will look for one of the three kinds of pages above. Nothing goes live until one of them shows the dates.
What happens next
If two sources disagree about the dates, we wait until one is clearly current rather than guess. Once a listing is up, we check it again as the event gets closer. If you add your email, we can reply with questions. You can also write to hello@usafestbot.com.
