About this event
The Argosy Christmas Ship Festival puts a live choir on the Christmas Ship so holiday music reaches guests onboard and people gathered on shore. Departures shift among docks such as Pier 55 on the Seattle waterfront, Carillon Point in Kirkland, the Port of Everett, Lake Union Park, and the Des Moines Marina, with groups including the Dickens Carolers and the Cloud Nine Singers. Kids can get Cookies with Santa and a coloring surprise on the earlier sailings. Shoreline stops marked on the schedule have a planned bonfire, lighting, or onshore gathering, which makes them the simplest places to listen from land. The Parade of Boats adds decorated boats around the ship on one December evening.
