West Virginia Events 2026
Wheeling’s Oglebay Park is a holiday stop for much of West Virginia. Its Festival of Lights runs from November 5 into the new year. Kenova’s C-K AutumnFest fills the last part of October, and Miller’s Nightmare Haunted Farm runs near Lewisburg through Halloween.
Early December belongs to small towns. Clarksburg and Parkersburg each hold a Winterfest, Martinsburg has Christmas on Main, and Matewan holds a Christmas parade. Charleston’s Christmas parade is December 10.
