Oglebay Fright Lights

Fright Lights is the after-dark Halloween at Schenk Lake in Oglebay Park Resort. The centerpiece is a synchronized light-and-music display you can watch from the shore or the hillside. An activity wristband covers Haunted Heights aerial challenge course, the Spider climbing rock wall, Glow Putt, and illuminated Shimmering Swan boats. House of Screams is a separate haunt, recommended for ages 13 and older, with reserved timed entry. Spooky Storytime runs at the Schenk Lake Boathouse, Candace Candy Corn Cane leads a cauldron potion station, and a Little Ghouls Play Zone of inflatables sits nearby.

Our take: Watch the lakeside show first, then decide if the activity wristband is worth it, and book House of Screams separately if you want the haunt.
