Arizona’s best festival weather starts when other states get cold. The Arizona State Fair in Phoenix runs to November 1, and Tucson hosts the Tucson Celtic Festival and Boo at the Zoo in late October. Tucson’s All Souls Procession, a large walk honoring the dead, follows on November 8.
Cyclists ride El Tour de Tucson on November 21. For the holidays, ZooLights opens at the Phoenix Zoo on November 25, and car fans can head to the Goodguys Southwest Nationals in Scottsdale.
