About this event
DTPHX Hallows' Eve takes over the Arizona Center on North 3rd Street for Downtown Phoenix's Halloween festival. The free evening brings sweet treats, a petting zoo, giveaways, live DJ tunes, market vendors, a make-and-take craft station, temporary tattoos, yard games, face painting and photo ops. Three costume contests strut down a runway for guest judges: kids 12 and under, family group costumes and leashed pets.
Our take: Plan on rideshare or transit, since organizers ask guests not to drink and drive and list transportation options.
Parking
Free. Costume contests at 7 p.m. (kids), 7:20 p.m. (families) and 7:40 p.m. (leashed pets). Costumes should avoid overly scary or offensive themes and weapons.
