About this event
Four Peaks Oktoberfest at Tempe Town Lake is billed as one of Tempe's signature annual events, held at Tempe Town Lake and Tempe Beach Park. The Bavarian-themed weekend mixes beer gardens, live music, a polka stage, and German food vendors with wiener dog races, carnival rides, and kids' activities. The waterfront setting is the draw, with glowing lights after sunset.
Our take: Get there early for the dachshund races and German food, then stay past sunset for the lights and live music.
