About this event
The Phoenix Veterans Day Parade, presented by the nonprofit Honoring America's Veterans and started in 1997, recognizes the contributions of United States veterans and helps build a patriotic community spirit, drawing more than 45,000 spectators. The parade now travels a new route, north on Third Street from McDowell to Indian School Road. Parade coordinator Paula Pedene leads a team of partners, veterans groups and volunteers, and the parade theme changes each year.
