October is fair and harvest festival season in Ohio. This guide covers 30 festivals, county fairs and other public events listed on USA Fest Bot for October 2026, grouped by weekend. You’ll find the Ohio Sauerkraut Festival in Waynesville, BLINK in Cincinnati, the Covered Bridge Festival in Jefferson, apple butter weekends in Burton, Grand Rapids and Coshocton, the Fall Festival of Leaves in Bainbridge, the Circleville Pumpkin Show, a Bigfoot festival in Celina and the Ohio Renaissance Festival. Each one links to its listing page and to the event’s own website.

Pick a weekend, then open the listing page and the event’s website for hours and details. USA Fest Bot doesn’t sell tickets.

Running across several weekends

These listings cover three or more October weekends. The dates show the full span, so check the organizer’s page for which days they are open.

Before you go: a short checklist

  • Open the event’s website the week you go. Each listing page links to it, and organizers post hours and updates there.
  • Check which days are event days. Some listings here cover a long span, such as Ohio Renaissance Festival (Weekends & Labor Day, September 5 – November 1), Old-Fashioned Christmas in the Woods (October 10–18) and Coshocton County Fair (October 2 - 8). Our listings show the full span, so check the organizer’s page for the exact days.
  • Add it to your calendar. Every listing in this guide has an “Add to calendar (.ics)” link and a map link.

The rest of the site covers more of Ohio. Ohio events collects every Ohio listing on USA Fest Bot, and our Circleville Pumpkin Show guide covers that festival on its own. Pumpkin patches, corn mazes and haunted attractions that run all season are on pumpkin patches 2026, corn mazes 2026 and haunted houses 2026.
