About this event
The Cops & Kids Findlay Halloween Parade, run by the Fort Findlay Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 20 Foundation, heads north on South Main Street from Lake Cascades Parkway to Lima Street. Entries compete for trophies judged by an expert and celebrity panel, from Best of Show to Scariest Entry, and a certain level of spookiness is welcome as long as it stays family-friendly. The parade goes on in rain or snow, and candy is handed to parade-goers rather than thrown.
Our take: Watch from inside the Candy Drop Zone along Main Street, since no candy is handed out in the staging area.
