Lincoln Ridge Farms Fall Mums & Pumpkin Festival

Lincoln Ridge Farms near Convoy, Ohio, sits along historic Lincoln Highway, 18 miles east of New Haven, Indiana, where the wind turbines are. The fall mums and pumpkin festival packs in more than 30 attractions, a hay-wagon ride to a pumpkin patch, and festival food. Giant jumping pillows, a corn maze, zip lines, pedal cars, and a giant family slide share the grounds with a ducky derby and Great Pumpkin Jumps. The food list includes donuts, apple cider slushes, kettle corn, burgers, and pulled pork. The farm grows more than 40 varieties of pumpkins and gourds and sells honey, apple butter, and jams, plus ornamental iron such as the Mum Arch. The Olde 1884 Church and the Legacy Barn host events beside the orchard and vineyard.

Our take: If you go on a Festival Friday, stay for the pig race and bring a flashlight for the corn maze after dark.
