Detroit Events 2026–27

Detroit’s list moves from beer to holiday markets. The Fall Beer Festival is October 24, and Día de los Muertos comes to the Detroit Riverfront on November 1. The Holiday Market at Eastern Market opens in late November and runs until December 20.

On Thanksgiving morning, America’s Thanksgiving Parade heads down Woodward Avenue, and a turkey trot runs the same day. The Detroit Urban Craft Fair and the DSO’s Holiday Pops fill December. The Detroit Auto Show is back January 16 to 24.

Dates can change, so check the event’s website before you go.
