About this event
Spooky Spectacular! is a Young People's Family Concert from the Detroit Symphony Orchestra at Orchestra Hall, a Halloween celebration filled with spooky sounds, magical music and symphonic surprises. From ghostly dances to mischievous spells, the hour-long concert brings classical music's most delightfully eerie moments to life, and young concertgoers are invited to dress up and join a festive costume contest.
Our take: Arrive by 9:30 a.m. for the free instrument try-outs and arts and crafts before the concert.
Good to know
Concert 11am (about 1 hour); free family activities 9:30–11am
