Nebraska Events 2026

The Omaha area runs most of Nebraska’s fall calendar. Scary Acres, Bloodrush Forest of Terror and the Ranch of Terror stay open until November 1, and Omaha’s Día de los Muertos parade steps off on October 24.

Nebraska City, where Arbor Day began, hosts All Hallows’ Eve at Arbor Day Farm and a scarecrow festival. In November, Ralston holds its Autumn Festival craft show and Lincoln has a Veterans parade on the 15th. Thanksgiving runners can pick from turkey trots in Omaha and Lincoln.
