About this event
All Hallows' Eve is Arbor Day Farm's family daytime Halloween in Nebraska City, built to be festive rather than frightening. Every guest gets a treat bag and can walk Spooky Hollow, then Tree Adventure dressed with pumpkins, cobwebs, games, and crafts. Family-friendly costumes are encouraged. Porter's BBQ and Carly's Cafe serve Halloween eats, including caramel apples, and The Apple House Market pours seasonal wine and cider. Admission also opens the 52-room Arbor Lodge Mansion. A separate candlelight tour sends costumed guides through the mansion after dark with only a candle. The farm address is 2611 Arbor Ave, with Lied Lodge on the property for an overnight.
Our take: Add the candlelight mansion tour if you want the 52-room house after dark, since daytime admission already includes a regular look inside.
Good to know
Oct 9 through Nov 1. Tuesday-Thursday 9 am-5 pm, Friday-Saturday 9 am-7 pm, Sunday 10 am-6 pm. Outside food and drinks not allowed in Tree Adventure; picnic areas elsewhere. Masks must leave eyes visible. No weapon-like props.
