About this event
Santa Fe Farmers Market Saturday at the Railyard is the largest and most popular of the market's three sites, held in the pavilion at 1607 Paseo de Peralta and open year-round. The mission is to support agriculture in Northern New Mexico by connecting the community with producers. Regularly voted among the top ten markets in the country, it hosts up to 130 farmers and producers from 15 northern counties, and vendors may sell only what they grew or crafts and processed foods made with area agricultural products. Nothing from out of state is sold, which is what the market means by Truly Local. The Tuesday Railyard market is pitched as the time to miss the crowds, hear music, and get a burrito at Cafe Fresh.
Our take: Use the Tuesday Railyard market if you want fewer crowds, music, and a burrito at Cafe Fresh.
