About this event
The Old Town Holiday Stroll is the City of Albuquerque's kick-off of the holiday season in Historic Old Town, where local performers fill the streets while families check off their shopping lists at new stores and familiar staples. The city keeps alive the Old Town tradition of lighting a tree in Plaza Don Luis, decorating a 30-foot sequoia replica tree, and the lighting ceremony ends with a countdown. Hot chocolate and live entertainment from local choirs and performers continue around the plazas and the gazebo afterward.
Parking
Free; rain or shine. Well-behaved, leashed pets welcome. Expect street closures around the plazas; obey posted parking signs.
