About this event
Kannapolis starts its Christmas season at Village Park with a tree lighting ceremony, live music and fireworks. After that night the park stays lit as the Celebration of Lights, with light displays, Santa visits and s'mores. The Winterland Express train and the carousel run alongside the lights, with tickets sold for the rides.
Our take: Friday and Saturday nights stay open an hour later, so weekends give you the most time for the train, the carousel and the displays.
