About this event
The Krewe of Isis, named for the Egyptian goddess, is billed as the largest and oldest all-female Mardi Gras organization in Jefferson Parish. It parades in Kenner on the Saturday before Fat Tuesday, starting at the Pavilion at Esplanade Shopping Center and running along W. Esplanade, Loyola, Vintage, Chateau, and Joe Yenni to the Pontchartrain Center. The specialty throw is a decorated bra, which sets the krewe apart from a bead-only line.
