About this event
Historic Philadelphia, Inc. kicks off Winter in Franklin Square with the lighting of the Electrical Spectacle light show, presented by PECO. Through the holidays the square adds street curling and mini golf, and select evenings bring Jingle & Mingle with Santa.
Our take: The Wintergarden and ice rink at Dilworth Park by City Hall are open through the same weeks, so you can see two Center City light displays in one night.
