About this event
Fordyce Farm at 7023 Sunnyview Road Northeast in Salem runs Fall Fest around its pumpkin patch. Weekday stops include a hay fort, an indoor hay maze, a playground, and coloring stations, with a corn maze and u-pick apples as add-ons. Weekend hay rides run, Thursday family nights walk the corn maze after dark without monsters, and Friday and Saturday evenings release monsters for a haunted maze not meant for little kids. A farm-hosted hot dog stand and Travelin' Taphouse serve Friday through Sunday, and the farm store sells bakery items, milkshakes, apple cider, and local produce on open days.
Our take: Go on a Thursday family night if you want the corn maze after dark without jump scares, and save Friday or Saturday evening for the haunted version.

Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm, Sunday noon-6pm. Halloween, Oct 31, open 9am-1pm. Haunted maze Friday and Saturday 7pm-9:30pm, not on Halloween, weather permitting. Family maze nights on Thursdays.
