About this event

Lightscape at Brooklyn Botanic Garden is a lighted trail the garden calls a love letter to its four seasons and its visitors. Guests follow a winding path of monumental sculptures, color on trees, architecture, and water, and site-specific music and sound. The trail begins and ends at the Visitor Center at 990 Washington Avenue. Only the trail is open after dark, with room to pause for a treat or a photo. Paths are wheelchair accessible, with no strobe lighting. Hot drinks and snacks are sold along the route, the indoor Lightscape Bar pours seasonal cocktails and specialty hot chocolate, and Lightscape Lodge at Yellow Magnolia Cafe takes sit-down dinner reservations. Entry times are staggered.

Our take: Take the trail at an easy pace and save the indoor Lightscape Bar for the end, since the evening is the trail only.
