Holiday Nights in Greenfield Village

Holiday Nights turns more than 80 acres of The Henry Ford's Greenfield Village into an after-hours celebration with lantern-lit streets, the scent of roasting chestnuts and the sounds of carolers, fiddlers and merrymakers. Visitors can ride in a historic Model T or a horse-drawn wagon, lace up for the ice rink, and watch artisans demonstrate crafts like glassblowing and printmaking while costumed presenters share vignettes of holidays past. Decorated homes and shops, hot cocoa and holiday fare fill the evening, which closes with a fireworks finale and sing-along.

Our take: Book a weeknight early in the run and stay for the fireworks and sing-along that end each evening.
