About this event
The Fiber Festival of New England brings fiber enthusiasts to the Mallary Complex on the Eastern States Exposition fairgrounds in West Springfield to promote wool and other natural fibers. More than 150 New England vendors show clothing, quilts, blankets, rugs, looms, spinning wheels, and related goods. The two days include a wide set of vendors and workshops, with more than 20 sessions on felting, spinning, punch needle, crochet, rug hooking, and more. A fleece sale runs throughout the festival and is open to everyone. The grounds address is 1305 Memorial Avenue.
Our take: Pick a felting or spinning workshop early so the fleece sale and 150-plus vendors do not fill your whole visit.
