About this event
Winterfest Hartford, produced by the iQuilt Partnership, opens its seasonal ice rink in Bushnell Park with free skating, free skate rentals and free learn-to-skate classes. The free, inclusive winter programming brings people together in the heart of the city, and opening day also brings back Hartford's live Elf on the Shelf: find the elf, say "Hartford for the Holidays" and win.
Our take: Park free on Elm Street between Trinity Street and Pulaski Circle or on Jewell Street, and set your GPS to 60 Elm Street to see the rink from Pulaski Circle.
Good to know
