Rose Hill Fall Festival

Rose Hill Fall Festival spreads a carnival, car show, parade, craft show, and fishing derby across Rose Hill, Kansas. Friday at Rose Hill Elementary brings an Emergency Services Chaplain chili feed, a Lego showcase, and a chili cook-off before the WEEE carnival opens in the middle-school north lot. Saturday stacks the Run for the Roses, a pancake feed, the car show on Rose Hill Road and Rocket Drive, a craft fair, a parade from the high school to Berlin Street, chicken and noodles at the senior center, turtle races, a pedal tractor pull, and a street dance. Sunday adds a community picnic, a straw stack scramble, and a fishing derby.

Our take: Treat Saturday as the main day: parade late morning, craft fair and petting zoo after, street dance after dark.
