About this event
Run 4 MK is Miriam's Kitchen's 5K and 10K at Fletcher's Cove, held in partnership with Bishop's Events in support of ending chronic homelessness in Washington, DC. The run honors the legacy of Waldon Adams, a former guest and community leader who completed more than 80 races, including 15 marathons, and helped others find safe and stable housing. It is scheduled near Veterans Day and the start of National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week, on a course within the area the Miriam's Kitchen Outreach Team regularly serves, and participants can run or walk in person or virtually.
