About this event
FRESHFARM Dupont Circle Market was established in 1997 on 20th Street NW between Massachusetts and Connecticut Avenues. Washingtonian magazine has credited it with teaching Washingtonians to love their fruits and vegetables, and The Wall Street Journal and the Financial Times of London have named it among the top farmers markets in the country. In peak season more than 80 farmers and producers bring conventional and certified organic produce, pastured meat, poultry and eggs, farmstead cheese, gluten-free baking, fresh pasta, pickles, jams, locally roasted coffee, District-made spirits and beer, dumplings, soups, and sandwiches. FreshMatch doubles federal benefits spent at the market.
