About this event
Castle Rock Starlighting opens the Season of the Star when the town lights its holiday Star downtown. The afternoon brings food trucks, nonprofit booths, strolling entertainers and live entertainment, with fireworks after the lighting. Downtown decorations stay up deep into the winter as the season continues.
Our take: Arrive for the afternoon food trucks and entertainment, then stay through the ceremony so you catch the star lighting and fireworks.
Good to know
Sat 2–6pm; ceremony 5pm, star lit about 5:30pm
