About this event

Denver Botanic Gardens' Chatfield Farms in Littleton cuts an 8-acre corn maze each fall on its farm and historic homestead. The current design honors Colorado's 150th anniversary of statehood with state symbols such as the Rocky Mountain columbine and the bighorn sheep, and a bridge gives a bird's-eye view. Beyond the maze, Chatfield Farms has curated gardens, the historic Hildebrand Ranch, a seasonal butterfly house and 2.5 miles of nature trails.

Our take: Walk part of the nature trails after the maze; the gardens say most visits run about two hours.
