About this event
The Downtown Fresno Christmas Parade is one of the city's most beloved holiday traditions, nearly a century old, turning Fulton Street into a holiday spectacle of crafted floats, marching bands, dance ensembles, community showcases and Santa's arrival. The parade recently moved to an evening start, and its first nighttime edition drew more than 20,000 people to downtown. Entries are asked to bring a classic merry-and-bright look and help light up Fulton Street.
Our take: Have dinner at a Fulton Street spot before kickoff, since many downtown businesses plan around parade night.
