About this event
Brookfield’s outdoor community tree lighting gathers neighbors at 2927 N Brookfield Rd with Santa, cocoa and cookies, a food truck, and a coat drive for Fox6 Coats for Kids. Horse-and-carriage style touches and a compact evening window keep it neighborhood-friendly. The coat drive gives the night a clear give-back angle alongside the lights. Bring a gently used coat if you can, and dress for standing outdoors between 5 and 7 p.m.
Our take: Park once and walk the short Village block so kids can warm up with cocoa before the countdown.
