Winter Celebration on the Farm (Billings Farm)

Winter Celebration on the Farm takes Billings Farm & Museum in Woodstock back to a Victorian Christmas, with twinkling lights and seasonal décor across the farm. Interpreters share holiday stories and traditions in the Historic Farmhouse, dressed in 19th-century holiday trim, while families try candle dipping, apple tasting with dried apples and homemade applesauce, and interactive butter making. Outdoor fire pits offer a place to warm up with cocoa, hot spiced cider or coffee from the Museum Gift Shop, and on select days, weather permitting, horse-drawn sleigh or wagon rides cross the pastures. The museum pairs a fully operating Jersey dairy farm with exhibits and programs.
