P-6 Farms Fall Fest

P-6 Farms in Montgomery, Texas, runs a fall fest aimed at visitors from Houston, The Woodlands, Conroe, Tomball, and College Station. The visit is a country twist on a typical fall outing, with a giant you-pick pumpkin patch, a corn maze, pig races, and an animal barn. Vintage rides share the grounds with a roller coaster and a Ferris wheel. Choose-and-cut sunflowers and zinnias, fall photo ops, and shows round out the list. Festival foods, desserts, and adult beverages are part of the draw.

Our take: Make the you-pick patch and the pig races the plan, and leave extra time if the roller coaster and Ferris wheel are on your list.
