About this event
The Philadelphia Museum of Art Contemporary Craft Show fills the Pennsylvania Convention Center with one-of-a-kind works by 195 artists from across the United States in 13 categories, from basketry, ceramics and glass to jewelry, furniture and wearable fiber. All work is for sale, the artists keep 100% of their sales, and ticket revenue supports the museum, the show's sole beneficiary, which has received more than $15.3 million from the show. Admission includes a scarf-tying presentation, a fashion event featuring artists' clothing and accessories, and a guest speakers event with clay artists Syd Carpenter, Adebunmi Gbadebo and Roberto Lugo.
