About this event
The Center City District and Temple University mark Lunar New Year with an afternoon at Dilworth Park beside City Hall. The program includes a prancing lion, traditional Chinese dancers, a red envelope giveaway and food, plus goats from the Philly Goat Project for the Year of the Goat.
Our take: The Wintergarden lights on the park's lawn are still up, so stay after the program to see them.
