About this event
The Western & Southern Thanksgiving Day Race is one of the longest continuously held road races in the United States, and its 10K winds through the heart of Cincinnati and across the river into Kentucky, with sweeping river views. The 10K and the newer TDR 5K both start and finish at TQL Stadium, and a kids fun run rounds out the morning. Every finisher gets a medal and certificate, then heads to the Pella Recovery Zone for snacks, music, stretching and photos. Strollers are welcome toward the back of the start.
Our take: Use one of the flat-rate Downtown or Over-the-Rhine garages on race morning, or prepay to lock in a spot.
Parking
Several Downtown and OTR garages offer flat-rate race-day parking; packet pick-up parking is free at the TQL Stadium East Garage.
