About this event

West Mountain's Fall Festival, sponsored by Crisafulli Bros., fills the ski area with live music, indoor and outdoor vendors, and food and drink from the main lodge across three October weekends. Paid activities include pumpkin painting and inflatables, scenic chairlift and hay wagon rides, aerial treetop adventure tours, face painting, pony rides and a petting zoo, plus mountaintop picnic packages. Each day also features a beer or spirits tasting from brewers such as Saranac and Adirondack Brewery.

Our take: Reserve a spot in the 9 a.m. mountaintop yoga class, a 60-minute all-levels vinyasa session at the summit.

Good to know

9 a.m.–2 p.m.; live music 10 a.m.–1 p.m. Admission is free, but many activities and vendors charge; activity tickets can be bought ahead online. No pets, outside alcohol or coolers.
