About this event
Schuyler Farms in Schuylerville builds its Fall Festival around a 7-acre self-designed corn maze and the invitation to get lost. Between maze runs, visitors can pan for real fossils and gemstones in the mining sluice, browse the rock shop, take a hayride to pick pumpkins, and pet and feed the farm animals. The cornfield cafe covers food. On select nights the Field of Screams haunted maze opens for anyone willing to enter. The same Route 29 farm fills its greenhouses in spring and summer with hanging baskets, annuals, and perennials.
Our take: Save a Friday or Saturday night for the Field of Screams, and use a daytime visit for pumpkin hayrides and gemstone mining.
Good to know
Closed Monday through Wednesday except large group reservations. Haunted maze nights are Friday and Saturday evenings in October.
