About this event
The CCE Nassau Farmers Market at Eisenhower Park was established in 2021 at the request of Nassau County to highlight farm-fresh produce and locally made goods. It sits in Parking Field 8, at the park entrance by Merrick and Stewart Avenues, and draws an average of 500 or more visitors a day. Expected sellers include Hoshyla Farms, Schneider's Farm, Wheatley Farms, North Fork Garlic Company, and bakers such as Loretta's Sweets & Treats and T & J's Home Baked Goods. Volunteers will help carry bags to your car, and the Activity Station has crafts for kids.
Our take: Bring the kids to the Activity Station for crafts, and ask a volunteer to help carry heavy bags back to Parking Field 8.

Eisenhower Park, Parking Field 8, at the entrance by Merrick and Stewart Avenues. Ask a volunteer if you need help carrying bags to the car.
