About this event
Downtown Nashua's Festival of Trees was created by the Board of Trustees of the Hunt Memorial Library and is now run by the Downtown Nashua Association as a community fundraiser. Nonprofits buy and decorate synthetic holiday trees that reflect their missions, and the trees go on display in participating businesses along Main Street, forming a holiday trail through downtown. Visitors buy raffle tickets and drop them in the box for the tree they hope to win, and the nonprofit whose tree draws the most entries receives a quarter of the proceeds.
Our take: Walk the whole trail before buying raffle tickets so you can put your chances on the tree you most want to take home.
