About this event
Monroe's Christmas parade is a tradition of more than seven decades, with over 100 floats rolling through downtown on a Sunday afternoon, rain or shine. A quieter sensory viewing area near Jefferson and N. Church St. gives families who need a calmer place to watch a spot of their own.
Our take: If your kids get overwhelmed by noise, head straight for the sensory viewing area instead of the busiest stretch of the route.
