About this event
The Carolinas Veterans Day Festival is a Charlotte tradition from Veterans Bridge Home, celebrating Veterans Day early at Romare Bearden Park, 300 S Church St, alongside the service members, veterans and families who make up the community. Everything is free, from the lunch to the music: guests get a free hot dog lunch with proof of registration, live music on-site, family-friendly activities for children of all ages and a hot dog eating contest. The venue is handicap accessible, so Charlotte-area veterans can celebrate without barriers.
Our take: Register ahead, since the free lunch is served with proof of registration.
