About this event
Visit Freeport opens Sparkle Celebration with the Sparkle Celebration Parade of Lights, ending in Santa's arrival and the moment Freeport's Talking Christmas Tree comes to life at the corner of Main Street and Bow Street. The days that follow include the Sparkle Frosty Frolic, with local artisans, food trucks, fire pits, music, and holiday goodies. L.L.Bean's Northern Lights is part of the wider season in town.
Our take: Stay through the end of the parade if the Talking Christmas Tree is the reason you came, since it comes to life when Santa arrives at Main and Bow.
