About this event
White Light Night is Mid City's largest art festival, bringing Louisiana artists, makers and more to Baton Rouge's Mid City for an evening that kicks off holiday shopping. Visitors stroll under white lights strung along the streets, meet local artists, hear live music and eat at Mid City restaurants, while participating businesses open their doors and parking lots to visual and performing artists, chefs, musicians and craftspeople. The festival is free and open to the public.
Our take: Leave the car at home: shuttle buses run, organizers encourage Uber and Lyft, and Mid City's newest bike lanes are an option too.
