Russell Springs Christmas Parade

The City of Russell Springs stages its evening Christmas parade along the entire length of Main Street. Past parades have brought the usual mix of floats, classic vehicles and performances from local groups, with around a hundred people contacting the city about taking part. In recent years the city has switched on Lights at the Park, the drive-thru Christmas light display at Russell Springs City Park, as soon as the parade wraps up, letting families roll straight from the curb to the lights.

Our take: After the parade, head to the drive-thru Lights at the Park display at City Park, which has opened on parade night in recent years.
