About this event
Long Pumpkin Patch near Great Bend is a central Kansas u-pick patch with pumpkins picked from the vine, from big jack-o'-lanterns to tiny gourds. Weekend visitors also find a corn maze, a bale fort, a culvert swing, a corn pit and a gourd launcher, and there is no admission fee.
Our take: Let the kids try the gourd launcher and culvert swing; there's no admission fee to get in.
